Iraq War Memorial
Design uses false perspective to allude to the war's unanticipated length.
Negative space of the entry echoes the proportions of the twin towers.
Names of fallen soldiers, cast from louvres in the walls and ceiling move across the floor throughout the day.

Plaster Catenary Structures
Inspired by the work of Heinz Isler, cheesecloth and plaster shells were dried upside down creating forms in pure tension.
When flipped, shells rest in pure compression, resulting in lightweight forms that could be built from thin concrete.
